I asked them to install on Friday, I had the gys number who installed, that same evening my connection for thr dstv was switching on and off, in the evening on Friday I did text him and ask him to please come. He responded Saturday morning after I told him the dstv is fine because I switched it off all night after few hours the same issue started. I texted him called him even called the owner but all I got is silence. Honestly it doesn't matter if as a person you're busy, we all are but make sure you respond to clients calls and tell them unfortunately you'll help at another time because your off or it's weekend. It's rude and unprofessional!!!! My TV is a smart TV it's not like I don't have options but I was doing dstv for my kids... next time learn to communicate with clients
