Handed PS4 in for service. Friendly service and very helpful explaining the procedure. Received our quote on day 2, and PS4 was available for collection within a day of giving them the go ahead. PS4 working like a dream so very happy to recommend them.

These people are great. Took my PS4 pro for repairs. Cost was well below others quoted. Further to that...they managed to finish the repairs on the same day. This was truly very fast and effective and two weeks later I am still very happy with my repairs. They also provides me with a three month warranty on all work done.

Great customer service. Took my PS5 into the store for a no obligation free quote for repair. They are very good at keeping you updated. Received fault report and quote within 2 days with an option to continue or not. They repaired the device within 2 days. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and explain in a way that is understandable. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you for the great service especially coming from a different place that messed me around for 3 weeks.
