I have ordered items from them a number of times and have been very impressed each time. They are more than happy to customise orders so that you get exactly what you want. Their products are much more reasonable in price and a lot prettier than the mass produced products you can find in chain stores and they have a much wider variety to choose from. They are also continually adding new designs to their catalogue. They keep you up to date via email so that you know how your order is progressing which is really great. I confidently recommend their beautiful decor items and service.

Zero communication after 9 messages. The guys at the workshop were ever so nice and trying their best, but Sarah's office is shut and she is NOT interested. I agree, what a shame. Small business with big ideas? Start with answering your messages.
