Bad service Marco is a crook the guy owes me R5700.I purchase a Tv last year the last payment was made november 2020 , the installation was suppose to be done in December till today i have not heard from them , i made a serval contact with them Marco told me he has no money to pay me back and he used my cash for other customers .I have been calling him and he promised a refund at the end of feb 2021 but nothing .I have tried to call him he does not answere my calls , I've sent serval messeges to him and no response .guys save your money and do not buy anything from that shop , the guy scammed me and he doesnt want to pay me back

We walked in saw these beautiful couch that we just needed to have. We placed our order and boom the delivered 2 weeks early and the service was absolutely the best. Thanks for providing us with our dream couch, 2 adults and 2 furbabies luve it!

We had a L shape made for my sister in law as there space is small. What we ordered is not what we received we have been trying to get hold of them telephonicily and have left messages for them to return our call but they don't return them. I would not recommend this company as they have no ethics. It's all about taking your money and leaving g you with a huge problem. The seats are collapsing and they are not even 3 month old yet. Shame on this owner for treating pensioners like this.An update have been their twice this week owners think it's a joke. Still no help. Makes you think they consider these reviews as a joke.

Was told that we would receive the couch 3 weeks after purchase but it was delivered before 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good couch at an affordable price

Finally, after 11.5 months my order with Bespoke Furniture Gallery was finalised, just over a week ago. I had ordered a custom made desk and matching three drawer unit made from Marri timber which was to be delivered in 3-4 months. I placed my order 17 June 2021 and delivery was pushed out to the 2nd week in November. I had sold my old desk and was very excited to be receiving my new desk and drawers, however, that excitement was short lived. There were issues with the desk - it needed to be returned to the factory to be cleaned up (not inspected before leaving the factory - glue not cleaned up, worm hole not filled) and damage to one of the legs repaired. it also needed a panel in the modesty panel stained to match the rest of the panel. The drawers had one side that was made from curly Marri that did not match the rest of the unit. It was something I hadn't heard of or seen before and I didn't like it. I requested a replacement unit which was agreed to, I was told that I had to wait until March for the new unit! Mid March came and I had heard nothing from Bespoke Furniture Gallery so I wrote a letter to the owners detailing my experience and my disappointment. My drawer unit had been forgotten. At this point I asked for compensation and the owners agreed to a 10% discount. The cabinetmaker brought the unit around on 1 April and when asked, told me that it was the original unit with a replacement side. The replacement side had a lot more detail than the rest of the unit and there was damage to the top of the unit, I was not happy so let the owners know. The unit was collected by the owner and a replacement unit ordered. When that was delivered 26 May it was a different colour to my desk and after discussion was taken away to have a light stain. I did not understand why this happened as they had the original drawer unit for colour comparison. I also noticed that the front plinth was made from chipboard and had a veneer over the top and asked that it be solid Marri. Finally the stained unit with replaced plinth was delivered 3 June, exactly 2 weeks short of 1 year since I placed my order.This was the first time that I had ordered custom made furniture. I wanted to support a local business and to use local timber, however, this experience has left me feeling very disappointed, frustrated and dissatisfied with the service that I received and I will not be doing business with Bespoke Furniture Gallery again.
