I first encountered Safety Max Online via ordering online and the delivery was done on time. I then introduced myself to Karesha who has continued to serve me good to this day. She communicates delays and exchanges when its in her control, she really comes through. Just any other business some days can be too much but Safety Max Online does come through...KUDOS!!

They had exactly what I wanted (which no chemists I'd tried so far had), and then suggested other things I'd probably need too, which I didn't know about but in fact did need. And then, as I was deciding if I should get 2 or 3 depending on the price, I was told they came in packs of 5 for only $5 in total - I had expected much more than that for just 1.So, friendly, helpful and useful expert service at an excellent price.

If I could rate the service of this company at 0 I would. I placed my order for safety shoes online on 27 September 2022. The product I ordered showed in stock" online. I then received communication from them saying there actually is no stock and they will be receiving soon. I was then told stock will only arrive at the beginning of November and they have confirmed with BATA directly (the manufacturer) the order was on the water and there is a delay due to the ports in DBN being a mess. Another few weeks go by and I was then told the product has been discontinued and they cannot supply to me so can they refund me? . How could they have confirmed with BATA that my order was on the way if the product does not exist anymore? I then requested a refund and was told to send my bank details etc. for a refund directly into my account

Pretty frustrated customer. If you can avoid surgical house do so. I've rung 3 times this morning to get a price on an item and I'm promised call backs and kept on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Definitely needs more people who are willing to help then I'll transfer you". Your dealing with persons whom have difficulties with access and aged and disabilities. It certainly is not good enough. This isn't the first time I've had this experience and always given benefit of the doubt but this is incredibly frustrating. Now to make the trip in to get a price... Will be moving my NDIS plan to a different provider after this. Such a shame as SH is local for me. Not acceptable.Edit to add

Been using this company for years and it used to give a friendly service, but good staff have left bad staff in charge!. Over the last year I have been treated like I am a pain every time I try and buy something. First I was told only 5 things can now be ordered in store. Then moaned that I didn’t have the code, (even though everyone previously over the past 15yrs had just looked at my previous order and re ordered it) Then I sat waiting and nothing came out, she didn’t even notice that all the other orders after me had been sent out immediately… Sat there for 30min…. Then I asked her to check, she moaned that it was my fault again! (She hadn’t sent the order through). Sorry but customer service at this place has never been as bad and this is not the only time as a customer I have felt like my custom is not wanted. Shame you value the bad front of house staff staying and have not picked up that the great team that once was their has now left… can only assume bad management. Oh and god forbid you need to return and unopened/used box!!! Nope that won’t happen either…

Excellent Service from Karesha from Safety max online, she gave me the best service ever, excellent communication through out. The problem i had, was with Dawn Wing courier service, which took a very long time to deliver, having stories when asked, but Karesha made it a point, that i get my order. I would recommend buying from Safety max online, you'll have the best of the best service. AS FOR Dawn Wing, not recommended at all.

Quick delivery, friendly service and good communication with customers.

A Zartec spotlight was ordered 10days ago. Website tracking shows no update. Email resulted in no reply. Whatsapp only states order is up for picking whatever that means. Take a lot needs 3 days to execute similar order. What is wrong with you Safety Max Online? Can I have my spotlight this year plse

First delivery they delivered half my stock, and they have still not delivered a month later. I placed another order shortly after, paid in full and they not only have not delivered AT ALL but are not responding to emails or calls. Shocking service and unethical business!

Absolutely terrible experience with them I have ordered online months ago and to date after numerous emails and phone calls I was told that the item that was ordered has been discontinued although it showed there us stock when I ordered .I was informed that I will be refunded however after more following up emails which are ignored I still did not get my money back .
