I first encountered Safety Max Online via ordering online and the delivery was done on time. I then introduced myself to Karesha who has continued to serve me good to this day. She communicates delays and exchanges when its in her control, she really comes through. Just any other business some days can be too much but Safety Max Online does come through...KUDOS!!

Shop is untidy and a hazard itself as boxes and stock everywhere on the floor, in the front-end of shop. Lady working there asked us to move vehicle, although parked in the allocated customer parking space. Seemingly they wanted to unload stock and still make it on time, for not going home later than needed to. Due to the fact that I bothered them as a customer, left and supported another supplier. Will not recommend, neither return.

very quick to send. ordered some boots for our son just after christmas and it arrived before new years. price was very good as well - including the shipping it was the cheapest clipper boots we found anywhere.

They have all you need, good prices but staff member that I have dealt with on 2 occasions can only make promises and never deliver. Last year I battled to get something delivered for 2 weeks, eventually phoned owner in Bronkhorstspruit, then still had to wait 4 days. I have now been waiting for them to send me an invoice for more than a week but apparently they do not know how to send an email. Will rather pay bit more for stuff and get good service

I should be doing all my clothes shopping here. They have very friendly staff, are extremely competitively priced, and they have coffee!! I've yet do have a dud with any of their clothes, and the place is neat, spacious and quiet.

If I could rate the service of this company at 0 I would. I placed my order for safety shoes online on 27 September 2022. The product I ordered showed in stock" online. I then received communication from them saying there actually is no stock and they will be receiving soon. I was then told stock will only arrive at the beginning of November and they have confirmed with BATA directly (the manufacturer) the order was on the water and there is a delay due to the ports in DBN being a mess. Another few weeks go by and I was then told the product has been discontinued and they cannot supply to me so can they refund me? . How could they have confirmed with BATA that my order was on the way if the product does not exist anymore? I then requested a refund and was told to send my bank details etc. for a refund directly into my account
