Prime is literally my HOME AWAY FROM HOME. It the best training venue anyone could ever wish to train in as well as having Physio’s, bio’s and drs all under one roof. The top of the range equipment, high altitude chamber, ice baths and professionals there are world class and I’m so grateful to have trained at Prime for the past 7 years.

Excellent gym and facilities. Located in the heart of Durban in Moses Mabhida stadium, Prime has some world class equipment as well as friendly service. I personally love going there and enjoy the easy and affordable access to equipment you wouldn't normally find in a standard gym like ice baths and the Alter G treadmill. Check it out for yourself

I highly recommend Brent to get you back on your feet and work with your injury so you heal in the quickest time possible or to increase your performance. 10/10.
