Athletic club

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank all Brackenfell Athletics Club for the one guy who portrayed out of this world sportmanship. I was running 42km at Kasteelberg. As I was on my last stretch to the end, I felt this pain on my chest. I thought it would go away and I could see the finish line in my mind. In less than 1 minute, I got worse. I stopped, but the cramping was everywhere, my face, my hands,short of breath etc. Pity, I couldnt get the guys name because at this stage I couldn't even speak. He signalled for help and the only people who stopped were his team members who picked me up to go seek medical help. Thanks to you my guy. I know you would have done a better time but you gave that up. Thank you.

Lovely red light in the sauna . Sauna not the typical steam sauna so sweating minimal but felt invigorated afterwards and a very calming experience. I will go again.

Great venue. Good club. Nice grounds. Well maintained. Offers soccer for a whole variety of age groups. Home of ywp athletic club. Drink at the pub is well priced and they often host braai on a Friday and Saturday evenings. Well worth it to pop in if you are in the area. Alot of people cone to walk and run here in the week day evenings.

The most accessible, friendly and efficient practice I have ever come across. It's easy, simple and highly effective. From the booking system to the treatment, it is just an absolute, NO FUSS experience. You go there, do what you need to do and it doesn't break the bank, yet the treatment you receive sells for triple in price anywhere else with the added 3 month waiting list. You guys are rockstar!
