Paul is a amazing bio, i had a bad back and posture issues and within a month I had little to no pain and my posture improved. I would definitely recommend him.

Went to Paul after nearly a year of neck- and back pains, resulting in splitting head aches. The man has improved my posture and overall strength, while helping me shed a few kilos. I no longer have those pain issues, and I'm looking forward to more improvements.
