Provides the service as intended.. hopefully the prices won't keep going up.. as it is currently much cheaper for me to use this service everyday to jhb than to use my vehicle.

Fantastic service. Only negative issue is the cellphones. You either have to listen to passengers music or loud cellphone conversations.That needs to be sorted.

They're card machines don't work and charge you 3k for a product and it doesn't complete the transaction. Then they expect you to wait 2 weeks for a refund. Terrible service.

My first trip in a long time and it was so horrible, I had a cashier throw money at me while laughing through the darkened glass. I don't even know why she treated me in such a manner when all I needed was help with paying.

Hatfield gautrain station is a busier station but is always clean. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The bank card functionality never works. You can access the parking with a blocked credit card but they won't let you take a trip with that card. Once you try to leave the parking you also cannot use that card and are forced to go back and buy a ticket. Other bank cards will randomly stop working at Gautrain so you have to wait in a queue to try and resolve your problem. The worst part about it is they just don't care. They have a power over everyone because we all have to take the train anyway. They will never try to improve.
