How Apple has agreed to let this company be their authorised repairer is beyond me. They are beyond useless. They try hide behind 'those are the rules' whilst not ever actually helping at all.Further, they are happy to make their own rules - we asked them to provide further [technical] detail to us on a quotation as requested by insurance, and the manager we dealt with somehow deemed it appropriate to put her own guess into the quote. As in, she literally just put her own presumptions as to what went wrong. I asked her why she thought that was appropriate, and asked if she had even seen/assessed the machine and she essentially said no she hasn't seen it and she did it because we asked for more info. Unbelievable that she thought that would fly.Apple is doing themselves a huge disservice partnering with this company. Do all you can to avoid having to use this unethical company.

Poor service. Been awaiting a quote for over a month, very frustrating.

I have never come across a retailer that you cannot call a store directly. You have to log a call with the call centre and wait, if you’re lucky, to receive a call back from the store.We were on a waiting list for over a year for an iPhone 13, we were never contacted to collect a phone despite following up regularly. We were then on the waiting list for an iPhone 14, having never received the iPhone 13. After going into the store to follow up we were told that the stock was allocated for store sales (which had “all just been sold out”) and not towards the waiting list. Many store assistants are useless, only able to respond with one worded answers, while standing against tables with their arms crossed doing nothing.Eventually, after throwing a few toys out our cot, the store magically found stock of the iPhone 14 in all colours.Two days later, and they still have not managed to transfer the data from the old phone to the new one.Core Group obviously pay no attention to service. Shocked to say the least.
