Unlawful debit order. Been ignored for a month. Don't trust them

A lack of professionalism and business etiquette. We registered for their UIF services and two months later they have failed to meet the requirements. We have decided to cancel services .

Decided to outsource my payroll and went with North Coast Accountants due to their rates. The first month's payslips were incorrect and I always had to recheck their work.When I informed them that I would no longer require their services and would be doing my payroll internally, they tacked on a charge for the setup of an E-filing profile with SARS (R750). There was no mention of this in their original quote. When I queried the matter with the accountant, he simply said it was a fee for transferal of the profile and left it there.Bottom line: Rather go with someone with slightly higher rates , that will get the job done and won't surprise you with additional fees.

I HIGHLY recommend that NO BUSINESS EVER use these scammers. They refuse to stop debiting my account and when challenged, they ALL OF A SUDDEN require a 3 MONTH CANCELLATION. I have spoken to Vivek mutiple times and not once has he disclosed this information. PLEASE READ a company's reviews and clauses before signing and giving away your banking details.
