When you think your life is over (as us women do) experiencing hair loss, I was beyond excited to visit Craig at Hair Options recommended to me by a family member. My journey began in September 2022 when I made my first appointment with the receptionist, who is perfect to be the voice and front end of the company!!My first consultation with Craig was like meeting a new friend! I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable while I explained my concerns, in between getting to know one other. At the age of 64, I learnt so much about hair care and the many options available. I was beyond excited to get started with a brand new routine to get my crowning glory" back to where it used to be (despite my age).In just a short 4/5 months

Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The treatment was ridiculously expensive and so are the products that you have to use after. It lasts for a year and you’ll find yourself even worse off than before.

Usually get superb service when ordering products online. Been waiting over a month for my shipment now, no replies to emails and a rude person answering the phone named Shan, condescending and unhelpful.Really unimpressed with how bad the service has gotten from when I started ordering, not sure what alternatives there are in ZA

the most disrespectful, unprofessional, stupid, doff, lack of telephone etiquette, arrogant, suspicious & an idiotical interaction with a supposed male receptionist who speaks while u speak and does not hear a word u say & slams the phone in ur face while u still talking to him. Totally Disgusting. A person like this should not be answering the phone. Gives this company a very bad name. Minus Stars for this experience.
