We recently relocated to Jeffreys Bay from Vanderbijlpark. I have been struggling for months with an implant crown that kept on coming loose. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Isabeau Joubert! I owe a big thank you to Dr. Joubert and her team for the professional treatment received at her dental practise in Jeffreys Bay! Dr. Joubert immediately saw what the problem was, she took new impressions and had a new crown made in Cape Town that slipped into place like a dream, no hassle, no pain! I must say, it also doesn't hurt to work with a professional dental laboratory! Thank you to Shane from Di-Ceram Dental Laboratory in Cape Town who made a perfect crown!! At the same time Dr. Joubert also replaced a gold filling on a front tooth with a porcelain filling that you can't even see! Dr. Joubert, no one else will ever touch my mouth again! Thank you so much!!!

Smileworx is an exceptional dentist practice. Amanda and her staff are friendly, approachable and ensure you feel at ease in a very clean and orderly office. Amanda listened to my needs, concerns, and questions and addressed them all. She performed a thorough examination of my oral health before recommending a treatment plan with several options for proper dental care at an affordable price. I felt at ease that Amanda is apprised and use the best and latest technology and equipment available. She continuously checked that I aren’t feeling excessive pain or discomfort with each dentalprocedure she performed. All my appointments were scheduled to suit me and I was conveniently reminded each time a day before my appointment by the receptionist. During all my visits, my health and well-being was put first. It has really been a pleasant experience being a patient at this practice.

I had terrible toothache and needed help asap as possible, within an hour after calling, I was set up for an appointment and treated. I am so impressed with the friendly and professional experience I had.

Dr K was recommended by our baby's Chiropractor who picked up she had a lip tie. Dr K took her time to explain everything to us before about what to expect as we were a little worried. There was never any noticeable discomfort after the procedure which we were relieved about. She was able to drink as normal, thank you for sorting our little one out.

Dental care I had received was quality,effective, efficient and professional. Staff are friendly and made you feel at ease . Thanks to all.

Dr Rimi Patel is one of the best Dentists I've ever come across. She helped my Dad with his sore gum issues & he got better the very next day. She didn't rush & very nicely explained everything & charged a very reasonable fee. God Bless her.

I have had my fair share of bad experiences with sloppy dentists and had developed distrust in the Dentist profession. Then I met Dr Sharddha Thapa. She is such a genuine person at her core and will think of saving money for her patients while providing the best results. The best thing is, if a case is too complicated to handle in her lab, she will happily refer you to her competitors whom she thinks will do the best job. I have lost 3 teeth in the past because of bad advice and wrong procedures. It has been 5 years since I started consulting Dr Sharddha and never lost a tooth in that time. I highly recommend her.

Excellent service. My son has high functioning autism. Dr Whiting and her staff went out of their way to accomodate his anxiety and sensory needs. The surgery phoned to reschedule our appintment until after lunch to reduce his waiting time.They also gave him sunglasses to avoid the bright light and found his favourite youtube videos at the end of the consultation so that the Doctor could give us more information about her observations. Before the examination started, Dr Whiting took time explaining what each part of the equipment does and demonstrated for him how they work. Lastly, the cherry on the cake was that I had asked the surgery to please send photos of Dr Whiting and of the surgery, just to prepare him as to what to expect. Dr Whiting herself, took the time to make a video introducing herself while addressing my child by name. Dr Whiting also made a second video with a tour of the surgery.I would recommend this practice for any child with sensory and anxiety challenges.

Dr Gert, Dr Ricky and Dr Guilherme thank you so much for the impeccable work you have done to get me my Colgate smile and perfect teeth. You worked as a team as my case was quite complex. You showed utmost professionalism but with extreme kindness and care on this journey with me. You are hands down the best in the industry with world class technology accompanied with the knowledge and experience to match that. I'm so grateful to all of you.
