Excellent customer service from Callum and team, friendly and professional. I had a burst geyser in our ceiling on a weekend and the team came out timeously and assisted with installing a new geyser which they relocated to outside. Workmanship was amazing and they also repaired a pipe leak in an awkward position which another plumber (insurance sent) failed to fix twice. Will definitely recommend PlumbMeister for all your plumbing needs. Job well done.

I was very specific before receiving the quote that I wanted a compliance certificate to ensure my geyser was compliant.This company gave me a quote for a compliance certificate but on completion of the job I was sent a non-compliance certificate.When I queried I was informed there were 3 outstanding issues with my geyser that required them to come back and sort out at an additional cost.To me this is unethical behavior if they discussed this at the outset I would haveaccepted the quote to ensure my geyser is compliant.To me there’s a lack of transparency and they were just wanting to exploit the situation further.The other issue I had with them is they left my property ,the first day with the garage door and front door open but did not inform me they were leaving and made some excuse about thinking I had left the property but they walked pass my car to leave my home.They could have called me so for me that is a lack of common courtesy.They called the next day to come back to the property causing me a lot of inconvenience.Overall a terrible experience will not call them again.
