Hot tub repair service

Mike and his colleague did a great job re-enameling our two dreadful old bathtubs. The cost was very reasonable (in fact much cheaper than the combined cost of two new tubs, plumbing, and tiling), and the team was fast and friendly. Five stars from me.

Had a new jacuzzi installed (after many delays from their side) without a tap to fill! Have been asking for a month for this (as well as broken blower on brand new jacuzzi) to be fixed but not even getting a response anymore. (All previous responses: we'll get back to you/we'll ask Gerrie/we'll send someone maybe next week) Very disappointed.

The team at Bermuda were professional and a pleasure to deal with. They kept us updated if running late and got things completed quickly and efficiently.

They fit me in the busy summer schedule, which was in December. Shane kept me updated everyday sending me pictures of the progress as I am based in the USA. Communication with Shane was exellent! They also finished 4days earlier than promised. Highly recommended!

I accepted a very reasonable quotation, and agreed on a date with the service provider. He arrived on time (very courteous), set up and began working within 10 minutes. Hardly knew he was there, 3 hours later he was done - I paid & said farewell. Later that evening I wasn't completely satisfied with the job.
