My experience was nothing but positive. The project consisted of general carpentry work, deck construction, and most importantly, kitchen construction and installation. Quality work, agreeable workmen, professional. Highly recommended, will use them again without hesitation.

The service is great, their accounts department's harassment is the reason for only 2 stars.UPDATE...I emailed proof of payment early this morning before complaining directly to your staff about the harassment. And long before adding this review. I make my living teaching companies how to improve customer experience, so I am ultra sensitive about the way I'm treated and the value I get. After many years of using Pool Magic in Edenvale, it was time to write a review as we have had a number of very positive experiences. After taking the pool cover off this weekend, we took a sample to the ladies, and they always analyse it for us for free. They made some recommendations, wrote down the instructions, and told me to come back 2 days later with a sample. All problems instantly solved, and the pool looks great. What the didn't know was that my wife is there often, ans she raves about their friendliness and helpfulness. They give great advice and cannot be more helpful. When they have come out for a call-out, such as sand replacement or leaking pipes, we've found they are efficient and helpful. In all, I'd much rather support a small, family-run business in my neighbourhood than save R10 a kilogram for chlorine to drive 20 km to a big box store to be abused by indifferent staff. (And, knowing that my son's school collects bottle tops for wheelchairs, they collect as many as they can and hand them over when we visit.) Great business!

Great service. Done a canopy with them just over a month ago. Noticed i had a leak. Took it back to them and found out it wasnt actually the canopy that was leaking. They assisted and sealed the leak anyway.
