AWESOME place with AWESOME staff. They were great at giving advice and understanding our needs, even when buying simple stuff like jets and pool lights. Having a Dad with parkinsons, they were friendly and patient when listening to him, even going the extra mile to open a spa and explaining the mechanics. Usually places get annoyed and frustrated. Will definitely recommend Superior spa & bath to all friends and clients.

In all complete honesty since I started using this company to service my jacuzzi I have had more issues than anything else. It’s been two years and I’ve probably only used my spa two or 3 times. Their service team have absolutely no clue what they are doing! From burnt out cables to wiring that is completely wrong. A few months later and I’m still sitting with problems. This company seriously needs to have a look at their service team as they are costing people a lot of money in damages!

Bought my Jacuzzi a year ago through Charl, the quality of the Jacuzzi itself has been great and had no issues, more importantly, the after sales service in terms of servicing and replacement of filters etc has been superb.
