Mike and his colleague did a great job re-enameling our two dreadful old bathtubs. The cost was very reasonable (in fact much cheaper than the combined cost of two new tubs, plumbing, and tiling), and the team was fast and friendly. Five stars from me.

I accepted a very reasonable quotation, and agreed on a date with the service provider. He arrived on time (very courteous), set up and began working within 10 minutes. Hardly knew he was there, 3 hours later he was done - I paid & said farewell. Later that evening I wasn't completely satisfied with the job. I immediately had buyers remorse - next morning it seemed worse.I decided to call the service provider (Reinand) expecting to have my dissatisfaction pooh-poohed" but

Called had a quote within the hour. Accepted the quote to re enamel 2 baths. He was on time and very professional. U would recommend this company to anyone.

Superb Bath Re Enamelling
I phoned Mike to re enamel my bathroom. He said he would look at his schedule and phone me back. Two days later I had to phone to follow up only to be told that he would phone me in the following week to set up some time. He did not phone me back for 2 weeks. I phoned him again after the two weeks and he's now told me he's fully booked for a month. Very unprofessional behaviour. It makes me wonder how the actual job and any follow ups would have been handled.
