After-sales service is disgusting!!Marcel and Simoné were happy to take our money for a new pool. After the installation, we had numerous problems with the pool. Marcel promised to come fix them but never arrived. Now he refuses to take my calls.We bought a solid safety pool cover from Marcel that does not fit. He refuses to fix the cover so we now have a very expensive cover we can not use.Very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for the money we paid. I think he’s a bit of a scammer.Be careful dealing with Pro-X pools

I had a positive experience with PowerPlastics. They were able to install within 10 days and were overall very prompt and cooperative. The installation guys were polite and worked quickly - in and out in 30-40 mins.
