I had a most enjoyable experience with ROC Harley-Davidson. I had problems starting my bike and they arranged to collect it from my residence for a small fee. When testing to see what the problem was, the bike started. They then proceeded to put it on their machines to check if it was all in order, which it was and I then called to collect the bike the next day, at no charge to myself. I would highly recommend ROC Harley-Davidson and thank them and their staff, with a special thanks to Felicia and Jason, for their splendid service.
