A clear 5 star rating for HD Cape Town!! The staff is extremely friendly and competent and give you as much of their time as you need for explaining the motorcycle you are about to rent and answer any questions you might have.They even helped me to mount my personal mobile phone holder on the handlebars of my rental bike.The motorcycle itself was very wellmaintained, clean and had no issues whatsoever.All in all a very pleasant experience!

What a great place, always a pleasure to hire from these guys every time I'm lucky enough to work in SA. Always had the time to stop and chat. Accommodated my needs when I had a problem flawlessly and when I returned the bike I was invited to join in the braai. Staff , fail to focus on the customer they go on with their business of packing merchandise which was strewn all over the showroom floor making it awkward just browsing around. I wonder why they even bother to open the shop. Definitely not a good experience especially when I brought a tourist to purchase some merchandise,sadly we left without buying anything. Premier Motorcycles let down by all the staff, however there was one sales guy trying his best to find the t shirts we were looking for. Pity can't recall his name .( He wore blue jeans and a red golf shirt) Promote him in the interest of your company.

I've purchased two motorcycles from this dealership (Sportster 883 and a 2019 Street Bob) and both times have been amazed by the spectacular service offered by Juan and the sales team! The staff are friendly and eager to help in any way they can. I highly recommend popping in for a coffee on a Saturday and chatting with the team!The service department is helpful and highly knowledgeable in assisting me with all my servicing needs.H-D Cape Town is what Harley-Davidson is intended to be, an epic motorcycle experience!Thanks guys!
