We have been to Laluka twice and will return again in September.The Lodge is absolutely beautiful and we love the fact, thaht there are only 8 rooms.The food is delicious. The guides go out of their way to make your game drives memorable.The entire team always comes up with new small ideas and details to surprise their guest in a positive way.If you have the chance tis Lodge is a must visit !

We had such an excellent visit, from the quality of produce provided by the farm to the level of detail and professionalism provided by our guide Franco, we really enjoyed our stay at Laluka. Giulia and her team, including but not limited to Catherine, Ranny and Kgomotso, really went out of their way to make our stay special. We had a birthday celebration during our stay and again was made to feel like a really special celebration!

Laluka was easily the highlight of our trip to South Africa. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The food and service, the friendliness of all the Laluka team, our very special safari drives and the quality of the Villa's were all five star. Wonderful hosts. Laluka is a real gem. The staff are very professional and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are exquisite. Service is excellent. The owner and manager are friendly, caring and makes one feel special. The game drives and excellent and the guides are very informative and explains a lot about the ecology of the area.

Laluka has been one of our most amazing experience in the African bush. The sustainable approach of the lodge is fantastic, farmto plate dining, ban of plastic and no waste.The location within the game reserve is just stunning. The decoration and attention to detail make this place just beautiful. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and with breathtaking views of the reserve. The food deserves a complete separate review on its own, amazing!And last but not least, a big thank you to our field guide Bryan, not only very knowledgeable but also a warm and caring person. A bush walk with him is a most!

What an incredible place. We stayed here for our honeymoon and although the reviews were fabulous and the photos looked amazing, little did we realise what a treat we were in for. So many amazing memories that we will never forget. The game drives were brilliant with such knowledgeable and friendly guides. The accommodation and location was wonderful, with staff going above and beyond to make it such a special stay.

We had an amazing experience at Laluka! Super friendly staff, delicious food, very clean and luxurious rooms and breathtaking views from the lodge. The experienced guides led us through the Welgevonden Park with very interesting facts and unique sightings. 5 days of pure enjoyment!

The Laluka Family gave us a wonderful 5-day vacation. The lodges are just like the photos - luxurious, quiet and just gorgeous. The service was excellent at all times and the staff always friendly, joking and also curious about the nationality of the guests. The food was phenomenal, we rolled into bed every night happy and satisfied.We can also recommend getting a massage at the Spa with Catherine. But our absolute highlight was every game drive with Michael. Michael is a wonderful guide and we still think of him every day and the knowledge he passed on to us. Thank you so much Michael - you brightened each of our days and we hope to meet again one day. My husband and I decided to spend our 2-week honeymoon travelling South Africa and ended our trip with 3 nights at Laluka Safari Lodge. We were blown away from the minute we arrived at the farm and were transferred to the lodge by our safari guide, Ricardo.The entire staff at Laluka are absolute gems (David, Catherine, Ranny, Talent, Didier, Giulia, the chef!). We genuinely felt a pang of sadness leaving our new friends after just a few days. They all worked together to provide us with a luxury stay, but with a familial touch that made us feel right at home.The rooms themselves are just gorgeous, the highlights including the beautiful plunge pool, outdoor shower, and comfortable bedding. A powerful aircon too, which was appreciated after some hot days in the bush!Last but certainly not least was our game drive experience. We didn't quite know what to expect as this was our first safari trip, but we were blown away by the Welgevonden reserve. Ricardo, our guide, became a fast friend to us, imparting so much knowledge and stories that helped us understand what makes this place so magical. He was patient, thoughtful, and passionate about his work, and we will truly miss our morning and afternoon adventures with him. We're excited to follow along his career, as he clearly has a bright future ahead of him.We're already planning our return for a future anniversary and will highly recommend Laluka to anyone interested in an intimate South African safari experience.

We had a great time at Laluka. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The lodge itself is located in a beautiful valley in a stunning game park. It has all amenities needed to relax and enjoy nature. This place is definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be coming back.
