I am trying to contact these people with no luck, they are not responding to my emails and their line says they are unavailable … I’m getting worried and now have to drive there and see what is going on. These reviews are freaking me out even more.

the service really is not great, they really don't care after they take your money, they don't do ANY form of client check up or follow up to track progress, I think its cause they know following up is a waste of time cause they know their products don't work at all. for any one reading this your best chance is to see a dermatologist.
