Worst fund transfer I have ever experienced in all my working career. Started exit to new fund in September, this is now January 2023 and this has not been resolved as yet. I have to continuously call them week after week to see what the issue is, and there is no clarity on what the problem is.....so they happy to protract the transfer of the funds, for the benefit of Momentums coffers. Keep telling me Tax directive BS......tax directives as everyone in this industry knows does not take longer than 24-48 hours from SARS....Change you company name to Stagnant rather, as there is no Momentum in resolving this challenge

I have been with Meerkat for about 2 or 3 years now Since COVID happened and I became the sole breadwinner.I have never had an issue since joining them.Of late I am able to start settling my debt & I have had NOTHING BUT AMAZING, WELL MANNERED, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM ..MAZEEDA WILLIAMS.Not only does she know what she is talking about, she takes your debt as her own" and handles it with all MY interest at heart.It feels like she has been putting in extra just to make sure i get my settlement amounts. That extra hope & encouragement to ensure me "you will get there". That extra push to send me the settlement letters .. sure makes a woman feel good.Debt is EXTREMELY overwhelming for most of us

Everytime I go there I get exactly what I want. .I never disappointed n their service is excellent..they help U with smile n that makes me forget my problems..number one

I am reviewing the new network provider from Capitec. Yes they are still new and yes their data don't expire but... So far there is something wrong. I have called about 3 times already since i switched. The network is not stable at all. I have signal and data and nothing wrong with my device as stated by the operator. I had to do connection reset take out sim card resart and 5 hours later the network does the same. No connection. You may have whatsapp messages waiting... This is not good. As nurse i cant have network failure. This all happens not while it is loadshedding. We have electricity and no connection.

I am writing this POSITIVE review for Bonolo, who went above and beyond to assist me. You've always been on top of things :) I haven't received that kind of service from anyone else at Debt Rescue SA.

Waiting months for transfer of funds to my current preservation fund after resigning. All paperwork up to date, Momentum Funds at Work delaying transfer of funds saying itsa SARS issue.my tax is up to date and still no transfer. They are thieves and I will be laying a charge of theft! This is unacceptable. I will never promote Momentum in any way!!! *Update* after much running around , I managed to find the Head of Department. I finally got my money in 1 week. But this still does not change ny perception.
