Shocking service! Trying to place an order is a nightmare. Have to send several emails before anyone bothered to respond and then the response we did receive was rude and unprofessional. Protea Chemicals obviously do not care for the smaller businesses. We are now researching other chemical companies to do business with!

Would give 0 stars if I could. How do you rate a company that simply does not bother acknowledging you when placing an order. What am I missing. Do I have to pay upfront before placing the order to be sure to get someone to communicate with me.

Have sent several emails only one was responded to without the info i had enquired about, decide to call their number amd i was transferred from one person to the other for a wooping 37mins of my airtime and still came up empty hamded whwn they decided to hang up on me,Is there another company out there that can compete with these guys,It's just lack of funding but this is an industry that is dominated by unorganized people who don't even want to do their job.I would rate it - 5 if it was possible
