Good customer service but they are always running short of stick. We as customers pay fir items and then they take fover to come. It is bad to such a point where we end up forced to change choices we made in items we selected. I hope they improve on that

Bad service and rude lady at reception they make empty promises regarding delivery and they never answer the phone or call you to update about your goods its being over 5 day no delivery but they said its takes 2 day to deliver

It doesn't even deserve a star,ic there was an option not to put a star or would be great...I BOUGHT a wardrobe on the 15th of January, till today 1st of MARCH I haven't been assisted!!!!Jabu Dhlamini is such a bad sales person and doesn't take care of her clients. I will never ever buy anything at Fair Price and I wouldn't advise anyone to do so shame
