Nicole and Tino provided absolutely professional service. When I called, Nicole arranged a timeslot between the loadshedding slots when we experienced stage 6 loadshedding. I messaged AIRosense the Monday after Cape Town experienced its hottest days the past weekend. He said he would come out to quote. When he did not only was he on time, he was very professional and patient explaining everything to us.Everything he had said we would receive he did. There were no hidden costs as everything was explained.When his team arrived to install the AC unit I was blown away by their professionalism and respect that they all had. They kept on their masks the entire time while they were working and kept on cleaning (with their own supplies) after they would mess or create any dust. They would move the furniture back and forth exactly how it was.If I could give this company 6 out of 5 stars I would.Will definitely be calling on you for our next AC installation. What is even better is that they will give you a call every year reminding you to service your AC. So awesome!Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish! Clear communication throughout the process. It was my first time and i had lots of questions but they didn't hesitation to answer all of them. I could tell that they are true experts in their field and there's a passion for what they do. Neat job and the aircon is wonderful and powerful! Can't recommend enough!
