This must be the worst FNB branch ever; requested a new bank card for an expired card, after numerous calls to FNB and a re-issue of the card and three weeks later, I went to this branch again just to be told that the card has not arrived yet, however when I got home I called CCD the courier who claims they delivered the card at this branch a week ago, but the branch have not send me any notice of the card being delivered claiming it has not. If I could give minus stars I would have; Capitec your in and out in 5 minutes, FNB three and a half weeks later and still no bank card; next step wil be closing my FNB account!!!

Phoned 6 times to find out how to open an account. No answer. Then I went in to find out how I can get a loan to START a business and she said I have to bring the business banking statement of 3 years? But I haven't opened it yet? No this branch is completely incompetent.

Great service at Strand FNB. I was assisted by a very nice lady, Anatasha Petersen. She quickly assisted with all my queries and was very friendly and helpful to get everything sorted out ASAP as I urgently needed help with my banking statements.

The telephone number on the statement does not exist. ???

Poor service

Terrible terrible staff, clearly uneducated and have no idea what they are doing. Do they not train their staff? The clueless host at the front of FNB does not understand Bank documents and thus as a result caused me to drive back and fourth with one document because she was incapable of doing her job. DO NOT go to FNB in beacon bay , unless you feel like taking a day trip. Expecting a customer to drive to your facility 5 different times because you are incapable of doing your job is RIDICULOUS.

Only one teller serving clients during peak time. This while rest of staff is sitting around joking, laughing and not doing any work.This on pay day. You would expect at least 3 tellers working. And it the only branch between Strand and Gordons Bay.I waited almost 20 minutes and the cue did not get shorter in that time.

5 stars for the staff and management that assisted me, but zero points and stars for Head office, get this head office fraud system froze my account accordingly, without consulting first, then after waiting for 3.5hours for staff to help as the rest were booked off, staff left coping with the back log of so many customers, could not assist me as the fraud system stole my pension, and me as the customer has to pay for the inconvenience of having no money into my account. Deplorable attitude from head office. No solution.
