Terrible terrible staff, clearly uneducated and have no idea what they are doing. Do they not train their staff? The clueless host at the front of FNB does not understand Bank documents and thus as a result caused me to drive back and fourth with one document because she was incapable of doing her job. DO NOT go to FNB in beacon bay , unless you feel like taking a day trip. Expecting a customer to drive to your facility 5 different times because you are incapable of doing your job is RIDICULOUS.

I have been waiting for 2 hours for my parents aged 87 and 91 to get assistance in closing credit card accounts since they are no longer shopping. After some time standing outside they were given seats inside. I have been left standing outside. They are obviously confused about what is going on. It is now their lunchtime and rest time. I am extremely unhappy with the level of service.

Very poor client service. Wait almost 2hrs standing in queue on the stoep in cold wind, no chairs for clients even in FNB's foyer, for old, pensioner & sick clients. They also do not get preference treatment although they are unhealthy. Strong chilly wind make the clients sick as well. Bank staff said told me they dont have chairs for the foyer, bu t when I waited inside the bank, I saw 2x chairs in managers office, unoccupied. When I complained to staff about this, they passed the 'buck' to the Centre Management. I followed it up
