5 stars for the staff and management that assisted me, but zero points and stars for Head office, get this head office fraud system froze my account accordingly, without consulting first, then after waiting for 3.5hours for staff to help as the rest were booked off, staff left coping with the back log of so many customers, could not assist me as the fraud system stole my pension, and me as the customer has to pay for the inconvenience of having no money into my account. Deplorable attitude from head office. No solution.

Pathetic. Honestly the slowest operating bank I’ve ever been to. Everytime I come into the bank there is a maximum of 3 people working on sales and service.I am business banking so I should get priority- so I was told upon arrival.Very disappointed

Love that they where open even during load shedding (no electricity) its wonderful, I would have been stranded had this not been the case. They are the only bank at gezina galleries whose up to date with back up generator power.

Only one teller working for 50 plus customers shame on you FNB easy to take our money, but not so fast to deliver a service. The best off all no number posted for the bank as well, so very clear why the poor service.

Excellent service! We opened a new account within 15 minutes - and this on the last day of the month, when banks are usually extremely busy. There wasn't even a queue - as soon as we entered, we were called by a consultant. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

This branch must be avoided as far as possible. Only 4 of 8 service cubicles are staffed, resulting in extended waiting times for customers. Consultants are very slow in assisting customers, with some customers who were with consultants when I arrived still with them when I left - and it took me 45 mins to collect a card. Customers were leaving before being attended to because of the long waiting times.
