This must be the worst FNB branch ever; requested a new bank card for an expired card, after numerous calls to FNB and a re-issue of the card and three weeks later, I went to this branch again just to be told that the card has not arrived yet, however when I got home I called CCD the courier who claims they delivered the card at this branch a week ago, but the branch have not send me any notice of the card being delivered claiming it has not. If I could give minus stars I would have; Capitec your in and out in 5 minutes, FNB three and a half weeks later and still no bank card; next step wil be closing my FNB account!!!

Great service at Strand FNB. I was assisted by a very nice lady, Anatasha Petersen. She quickly assisted with all my queries and was very friendly and helpful to get everything sorted out ASAP as I urgently needed help with my banking statements.

Only one teller serving clients during peak time. This while rest of staff is sitting around joking, laughing and not doing any work.This on pay day. You would expect at least 3 tellers working. And it the only branch between Strand and Gordons Bay.I waited almost 20 minutes and the cue did not get shorter in that time.

After contemplating opening an account I went to Fnb collected my card but was not explained anything about cellphone banking or online banking.So now I have to Uber to an ATM again to activate my profile. Bye bye Fnb

Janine at the front door reception went out of her way to assist me last week when I forgot my pincode and my phone's battery was dead. Without her I would not have been able to take my son to the Spur. Thank you for great service

Happy with the bank, security guard named Shadrack has a real attitude problem, not so client friendly. I actually decided to rather use FNB at the mall
