FNB Zambesi Drive Branch

Fnb Zambesi is everything a bank should be. They are professional, kind, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person especially Annah Mphiwe,she was absolutely awesome and professional to work with.

Terrible service. Elderly are left to stand. Service exceptionally slow. Really FNB, staff in bathrooms +- 30 minutes. Where are the supervisors? Service???

Super slow. When I sell my business, it will be bye bye to FNB.

I normally go to this FNB, easier and quicker service

15th of August I checked your trading hours which was 08:30am - 12:00pm , when I arrived at the door there was a que outside I queued with the rest of your customers the line was cut just before me as you stated you're closing was at 11:00am and they were let in and the door closed. I requested to speak to a manager when she came I explained to her closing times per website is 12:00pm and that I drove 35+kilometres and had a substantial amount to be banked, she said she is unable to help me and would take the trading hours on the website up with management . I was to scared to use the atm as there were several people hanging around the atms. I drove to FNB Kolonnade and found it closed(REVAMP). I then drove to Brooklyn FNB were I could bank some of the monies before atm was full I then drove to Menlyn FNB and found all their atms were full.

Slow service!!!Need more employees to assist clients???

Their service is pathetic and very very slow to see people. I waited 50min just to see a consultant. Thank goodness I'm not a fnb client as service like this is appalling

Well done!My son and I went to FNB Zambezi, where there were only 1 consultant available due to Covid. That 1 consultant helped more than 18 clients in less than 2 hours. Even though we waited a long time I just want to say: Thank you Maureen you are a star!In the meantime, my husband went to Standardbank Kolonnade andnr 20 in the QHe waited 3.5 hours in line to collect a card.Yes people! Standard bank does not courier your card to you like FNB does.To the few employees at FNB Zambezi today who tried to keep their clients happy. Regardless of what anyone says, you all have done a great job, even when the ticket system shut down, you still did everything in your power to provide a service.

Useless Useless!!!!! Service utterly disgusting and SLOW... Go Capitec stunning and fast service... FNB you are Useless!!!!
