Authentic Japanese restaurant

I usually love this place, yet my experience today was very disappointing. Bought a big platter of sushi including tuna roses (usually my favorite) it tasted so fishy up to the point where it was inedible, very disappointing.

I absolutely love the cosy atmosphere that goes well with the delicious food. The price is well worth the portion size and taste of food! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new and tasty experience

As so many point out, this is a hidden gem. The food is brilliant - we had sushi and udon. The sushi was fresh, lovely combinations, and the rice was perfect. I'm surprised to see some negative comments about the service: our server, Stephen, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the wine available and the food, and was so genuine and enthusiastic.Top top notch place! I will definitely be back.

The sushi is INSANE and the service was personable and helpful. Our waiter recommended the Combo 1 and I’m glad he did because it slapped. Only reason it’s not a 5 is because of the unfortunate location being right next to a sports bar with a bunch of rowdy blokes watching the game (if one is on). I’m sure it’s more chilled in the daytime though.

This is a sister company of Asia House. They all share the same menu. The food is worlds apart. They need to up their standards.Asia House has great service, great food!

Bauht 2 x cm, 2 x cf and dumplings. The dumplings was not sealed properly and fell apart when trying to pick it up and we found pieces of paper in the food. Drove 10km to return the food only to be told that the paper is no problem and very arogantly that they will only replace the food. I requested a refund as i do not trust the food as they do not think it's bad to take in pieces of paper which i do not know from where it came. They deserf no star rating for the lack of making sure that they serve food correctly and not with pieces of paper. Not one of the staff or manager once said that they are sorry for the inconveniance caused.They will not see us again.

I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The service was a little hit and miss, but the food and variety was exceptional. The international beers are fairly overpriced unfortunately. The sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had.

I had sushi at this place, and I must say their sushi is good and worth the price. The staff is always friendly and the good is prepared well and on time, the atmosphere is chilled and minimalistic.
