Bad service Marco is a crook the guy owes me R5700.I purchase a Tv last year the last payment was made november 2020 , the installation was suppose to be done in December till today i have not heard from them , i made a serval contact with them Marco told me he has no money to pay me back and he used my cash for other customers .I have been calling him and he promised a refund at the end of feb 2021 but nothing .I have tried to call him he does not answere my calls , I've sent serval messeges to him and no response .guys save your money and do not buy anything from that shop , the guy scammed me and he doesnt want to pay me back

We walked in saw these beautiful couch that we just needed to have. We placed our order and boom the delivered 2 weeks early and the service was absolutely the best. Thanks for providing us with our dream couch, 2 adults and 2 furbabies luve it!

Danny and his team responded promptly to my enquiry, and were on time for our appointment. They collected the parts from my vehicle that needed refurbishing and brought them back within a few hours looking better than I ever remember them looking before. The whole team was also very friendly.

Custom couches worst service ever. They are thieves. Do not buy from them or trust them. I had a placed an order with them on the 30th October. I was told the delivery would be within 7 days, however, I was then told this would not happen and would take place on the 13th November. During this time, I requested pictures of the couch and did not receive any and also received no feedback in terms of when my couch will be completed. I was told that the pictures would be sent in a hour everytime, but nothing.Tomasz LIED to me on the Tuesday that my couch is completed and would be delivered on the Wednesday or Thursday. I did not receive a call to arrange delivery thereafter. On the 17th November I still did not receive my couch, pictures or feedback. On the 18th Nov I was given the option to do a refund because of the lies and I chose to do the refund which they then asked for my banking details and said they would send the Proof of Payment asap. They also sent me a picture after demanding it from Tomasz and giving him an ultimatum however it did not look the same as to what I ordered and this motivated my refund request. Before sending my order, I confirmed that it can be made exactly as the picture and they advised that it can.From there onwards I received no feedback or call back on my missed calls. This is terrible service and they still do not want to pay my refund. No one even contacted me today, the 2nd Dec 2021.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a furniture store...I order and paid for two occasional lounge chairs on the Tuesday and was told by the sales consultant the delivery truck will deliver the chairs at the store the following Thursday. I was also told that I will receive a call once the chairs are ready for collection. Thursday came, but did not receive any info yet, so gave the branch a call after which I was told the truck was still being offloaded, and that they will let me know once the chairs are ready for collection. Again, did not receive a call until the Sunday, after which I gave them a call again and were then told the chairs are in storage (since Thursday) and that I can collect them at the store.Arrived at the store to collect the chairs, but had to wait patiently until one of the only two staff members present at the store could help me, whom were both still busy with other clients. Eventually one of the staff members asked me if they could help me, and said he will get the chairs as soon as he is finished with his client. He then brought the two chairs in two large boxes from the back storage and placed them in front of me on the show floor, told me the boxes are mine and then left me there without saying another word and then continued helping the client he was busy with before...At first I was waiting for him to come back or someone else to come and assist me in taking the chairs to my vehicle, but no one came. I then realized that I was probably expected to take the two chairs back to my vehicle by myself. Needless to say, I had to carry the lounge chairs one by one back to my car all by myself without any assistance or a carrying trolley. Keep in mind this branch is inside a mall and that your car is parked inside the car park which is quite a distance away. Notwithstanding this, never before did I have to carry furniture bought from a store all by myself - this was the first time ever.Anyway, got home to assemble the chairs, and realized one of the parts (spring washer) needed to fasten the legs to the chair was also not in the box. Now this will cost me another trip to the hardware store, just because someone at the factory did not do a proper quality check and ensured that all the parts are inside the box.This will be the last time I will buy anything from Coricraft... One would think good customer service would be their priority, especially since their products are not cheap and for those prices you at least expect an above average experience...
