Please do not use this company especially Michael. Worst customer service I have ever received. I will report this to his Head Office. I just went up the road to Willard and they TESTED this for free, without sending it away. Micheal fid not even bother to take it out of my car. This is how bad YOUR customer dervice is Michael. The language that you used towards a customer speaks 9ff your companies service standards.

My battery died and these guys sorted it out quick. They diagnosed the old battery and showed me the dead cells etc. On the new Battery they engraved the installation data and gave me a 5 year warranty.. awesome service and fast.

Our car needed a battery. Not knowing much of what is going on under the car hood, I decided to go to Battery Pro. I got the friendliest service , the staff treated me well and assured me everything will be okay. They didn't waste time, worked efficient and best of all they went the extra mile❤️I will continue to support the business in Strand. Excellent service!
