No wonder this company is highly recommended! I'm pregnant and want to avoid using chemicals myself at the moment, so decided to book in a house clean. My 2 bedroom apartment was just cleaned by a lovely guy Firman and I'm so impressed with his work! It's spotless, smells so clean and fresh and think it's cleaner than when I moved in! He did a deep clean option and my bathrooms were my main priority and they are sparkling, the kitchen/stovetop where I cook has also been thoroughly cleaned, I mean honestly the whole house is perfect. I can tell a lot of care went into this and his attention to detail is incredible.I plan to book for regularly cleans! Thank you so much

Paid for standard and deep cleaning. Cleaner arrived, was very polite and then before he starts, he stood there for a good 10-15mins texting his agent to let me know that they will not help tidy/organize the little clutter I had on my table. They will only clean around it. I felt really disappointed with the service. What's the point of paying for a cleaning company to help clean and tidy up when they can't even help do a simple job of tidying up for me? I will not be using this company again. I've never been told by other cleaning companies that I've used previously about not helping to tidy up even if there's quite a bit of things on the table.The only reason I've stopped using cleaning companies before was because of covid and decide to start using them again but this company really disappointed me.The only good thing about this company is that they don't charge by per hour which then means the cleaner can take his own sweet time which he did and also went out for a smoke break.

So happy we chose Simply Maid for the move in / move out service for our investment property. The apartment is spotless, the team were very responsive and Geneveve provides excellent customer service . Would choose them again!!

Having done my own relocation cleaning over the years, I had significant trepidation about printing in a professional cleaner. Simply Maid's representative was fantastic, clearly communicated what he was doing and why when I asked questions, and all things considered put in a huge amount of effort.EXCELLENT quality results, and the agent was super-professional.

Bait and switch on pricing and quotation. I made a clear booking on an explicit quote and the firm (which is based in Perth and appears to run on subcontracting for its Sydney business) tried to place a charge for a higher amount than agreed with a confirmed" and substantially higher revised amount. Extremely disappointing and scammy interaction. I suspect many of the reviews are false."

First service Ive booked in years.Did a deep clean of my apartment, really sorted out my carpets and tiled floors much better then I can achieve with my own vacuum. Brought everything back to a like new state.Staff were courteous and professional.Would strongly recommend.
