Am extremely disappointed bought stationery yesterday only to be robbed today by a white lady at shoprite alex mall when i send someone to do refund the white lady who works there who did not give her name advised we can not get full refund as some of the items i bought were those extra saving discount but on ShopRite refund policy is written we get full refund even on extra saving discounts.. why robe customers is not like i wanted to exchange i must get what i paid when doing a refund it does not matter if the items were under the extra saving discounts.

It wasn't bad, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The reason for the two stars is due to the inconsistencies experience while paying for the items. The pricing on the shelves and those on the counter are not similar. The special of which was advertised was not available, although the items where available.
