Spoke to Yaneliso Gulwa at the Head Office. He was very friendly and patient and helpful even though I was ranting. Got back to me in less that 15 mins. Really Appreciated the decent service unlike the staff in your stores.

l was standing on the line for a while but when l get to the till the till operator said she does not have enough money to give me so l asked the manager and the manager ask the money market till operator to assist me but when l get there she told me that um not one of her people her people are the ones after l told told her l want to withdraw using wi-code l felt neglected since cause they treated me like that cause um a foreign so now l couldn't get the money plus um late for work MUKURU PLEASE MAKE A PLAN FOR US SHOPRITE IS TREATING US VERY BAD AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I GOT BAD SERVICE FROM THEM ESPECIALLY THE ONE HERE IN GUGULETHU .

Lack of friendly staff upon entering shops a big concern about people's attitudes, when its busy the attitude and facial expression of cashiers another huge concern, its as if they don't want you to come back to shop in their stores.The mall has a large influx of customers it is a busy place, can help the youth find employent.

I went to shoprite today nd i bought few staff bought myself DANUP nd I drank only half of it, when I luk at de date it was expired I am very disappointed.....wad must i do???
