Luggage repair service

I used them to re-sole a favourite pair of motorcycle boots.Because they are in Pretoria and I live in Johannesburg, I used the courier model they advertise. Collection and delivery was flawless and the whole process took just a little over a week, which I think is excellent. My point of contact was Norman who is really on the ball" - Thanks Norman!Pricing including courier costs was around R500 which is a good investment for top end motorcycle boots that cost R1000's. I do think the sole they fitted looks a little thin

Amazing service. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Great family atmosphere.We came for a handbag repair and repair to our luggage and left with additional luggage.

Took 6 pairs of shoes to get reglued. Soles peeled off after first use. They said it would take a week and they were not done on time. Made numerous trips and they still weren’t done. All work needs to be redone and I’m out of pocket about R800. Avoid!!!!

Wanting to collect my repairs this morning, store closed with no notice, no telephone number or contact details. Being back 3 times and obviously the phone just rings, besides this, they are expensive and have long lead times. Never again.

Ordered a bag today on their online store that was in stock. Now i get an email from a representative saying that the bag is being kept for another customer and therefore is out of stock. Seriously???I just do not understand why advertise that you have one in stock, when you don't. Now i have to wait until Friday for my refund.

terrible. boots promised to me Friday at 16hoo..I arrive at 16hoo to find shop CLOSED. sat morning I am waiting for shop to open... no sign of life. I then get accused of lying. This man is arrogant and rude. I took my boots and marched out. Lost my R200.00 deposit. Took my boots to Barksole in Strand and received excellent service. I will never put my feet in that dingy shop in Somerset West again.

I could not recommend Bagworld more... The people who work there clearly take pride in their work, and truly go above and beyond to help you.

Had a leather bag from Paris that was falling apart after many years. They did a wonderful repair on lots of issues and fixed the zip also. It’s now as new and enjoying going to work with me again. Would recommend to anyone. 6 stars!

Poor service and communication. Took my suitcase on the 16Aug2022 to get a quote to replace one wheel. I was told the suitcase will be delivered to their Woodstock workshop the next day and they will call me in a week with a quote. I followed up last week and was told by a very incompetent guy that they will get back to me on the promise date." I asked him what does the "promise date" actually mean-is it the day it will be fixed by or the day you will get back with the quote cause the week has passed and no one contacted me with a quote. He straight out told me he doesn't know what the promise date mean. Today is the 1st Sep. No communication from them and they dont answer their phone. With all these negative reviews it is clear that something fishy is going on. It is impossible for any business to be incompetent on this level."

Called ahead to some engraving done, was told it will take 15 min and i said i am on my way. When i got there the lady said the guy that does the engraving cannot do it now because he is busy with shoes. And this is not the first time i have had a bad experience there. So wont be going back. You lost anothet customer
