Honestly probably the best dentist I have been to; had a wisdom extraction (not impacted) and a clean. Both were the most pain free I've ever had. Informed of the process, provided adequate anesthetic and went as far as saying 'raise your hand if it's too sore'. Really haven't had any dentist give a forum to complain like that! Thanks doctor!

Absolutely Amazing service from Dr Naidu considering we called her on a friday night at 11pm for an emergency and she attended to the matter by 11:45pm the same night. She is extremely professional and patient. She was also straight forward and honest from the first phone call and gave great advice regarding the matter at hand. Can't fault her in any way.

What a gem! After being treated poorly by a few local dentists, we ended up at Dr Naidu's practice. We were accommodated quickly as the issue was urgent and from the time of entering the practice to the end of the pricedure the treatment received was first class.Caring, compassionate and capable and we didn't have to sell a kidney to afford the visit.

Called to get an emergency appointment and the receptionist was extremely unhelpful. Told me they are closing in 20 minutes...So much for putting patients needs first. Will definitely not recommend or go to the dentist.

Professional, great pricing and hygenic but lacking on the atmosphere. Not very comforting practice, i also felt very anxious and Dr was unsympathetic.

I am petrified of the dentist -Hence I leave it to last minute and need 2 extractions at once.At 9.30pm at night an appointment was made and I was seen.I was shaking like a leaf on the wind- Dr Naidoo was amazing- Kind, Soft, patient and overall just so caring.I will definitely be back and can not tell you how much I appreciated your practice hours!

As a first time customer that unfortunately had a mix up with appointment times had the not so great experience of dealing with your receptionist who as the first contact for your business sadly has not got that customer service attitude. Very ubrupt and condescending. Your receptionist comes across as someone that's forced to work at your practice and clearly doesn't enjoy her job. Sadly I will not be back to your practice even after we got such a great recommendation from healthworx
