Jean Lalonde managed the complete process of the sale of our home. We are based abroad and it was amazing to have someone give us all the information and support we needed on the ground. Jean even dealt with our tenants through the selling process and getting the house ready for staging. I highly recommend Jean, she was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Jean Lalonde handled our home sale with professional and personal care. We were informed of all potential buyers and Jean did not bother us in any way. She helped us show the house in the best manner possible. She brought many prospective buyers but only the final one gave an offer. While disappointed at the final price agreement, Jean warned us that the market was not advantageous for sellers. She took care of all the paper work and was most pleasant throughout.

I live here and it's a beautiful place and lovely food and my daughter has friends to play with and my husband like golf and Squash and I have lovely friends there to and everyone is so friendly. and the rules are Understandable and have been going here with my friend since 19 years old and now it's a beautiful place and alot to do. And the security keeps us safe .❤️

Excellent place but the Sandown suburb is facing water cuts almost everyday.Someone said it is because the pipe system is dilapidated. Apparently the system is going to be upgraded.
