I had a question about the brackets and sent in a query on the website- the response I received was super quick and they provided me with a quotation for delivery. I placed an order online and they were delivered the very next day!! A couple of screws must have fallen out the box and when I brought this to Rory's attention, he actioned this immediately and I had extra screws and a few extra ends as a token of good faith delivered in only a few hours! Its always great getting good service and Curzon certainly provided me with a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

I've been renovating my house over the past couple of months and placing many online orders. Unfortunately my curtain rods arrived damaged. In my experience when there's a problem that's when companies can really let themselves down. Not so with Curtain Hardware & Blinds! I had a response within half an hour of reporting the problem and replacement rods the next morning! Not to mention a v high quality product! V happy!

The reception is extremely poor after you purchase to the point that the sales lady ignored us while we stood at the door until we had to call her and ask her why is she ignoring us at tge door.

The speed of getting my order is unequalled.I ordered yesterday and today my order is ready for collection. The order was for custom-sized stainless steel rods so it's not items that are picked from the shop floor.I'm really impressed with the quality of every item in my order.The only issue I experienced was that the ordering system does not operate on a weekend or so I think because I just couldn't make a payment during the weekend but there were no issues at all on Monday. Other than that everything was seamless.Keep it up Curzon Curtain Hardware!!!

The items are great quality but the customer service is poor. When placing an order, they say they will call once the items are ready but they never do (this has been the case for 3 separate orders that I have placed). Without an invoice number; it is very difficult to track progress of an order (they don't have a system that enables them to check orders with client names, telephone numbers etc).
