Meat dish restaurant

Several encounters here , staff is mildly helpful , the pub side is nothing to rave about, the music is not very inviting either, the food is good- can be improved though. I suppose if you’re looking for a place to drink your beer and catch up with friends it’s a good place to go .

Excellent food in a great setting with an unbelievable view of the ocean. The food was very good, better than I was expecting. The service was also very good. It is quite an expensive restaurant but it is worth it based on the experience.

Excellent lunch spot. Sushi was delicious. Good service and chilled atmosphere.

Meat is A grade i loved it and the place is clean.

Stopped here for a bite to eat and it was such a cute restaurant by the ocean and the ambiance itself was gorgeous. We came in and the hostess, the manager, and our server were all very nice. We were able to sit right next to the edge so we could look out and see the ocean, which was a nice view. We had started with some Rosè and had the Whipped Feta & Blistered Tomatoes. I personally enjoyed the appetizer - the bread that accompanied it was warm and delicious and the tomatoes really worked in tandem with the feta. My sister on the other hand didn't love the appetizer like I did because the feta was served cold, it wasn't warmed which she would have preferred. Although I liked the app the way it was, I could definitely see how it could've been even better if it was a hot appetizer rather than cold.We then shared the Carbonara and it was delicious. The noodles were perfectly al dente and the egg sauce was well-made. I wished I could've stayed here a little bit longer but we were on the move and had to be somewhere. I definitely enjoyed this restaurant - the staff was nice, the bathrooms were clean, the restaurant was gorgeous, and the food was amazing. I definitely want to come back to this one!

Das Essen ist hervorragend der Service ausbaufähig.Waren zum Abendessen vor Ort. Wirklich tolle Speisen. Der Service ist allerdings wirklich nicht toll. Man kennt die Speisekarte nicht und brannte beim servieren der Vorspeise fast den Tisch ab. Essen und Weinauswahl wirklich hervorragend super Produktqualität und gut abgeschmeckt, schöne Lokalität. Beim Service ist aber noch verbessseungsbedarf.

The chips looks like they are fried using a motor vehicle old engine oil which hasnt been in service for 3years

Amazing burgers. Good prices and beautiful setting. A must for every visitor to the Cape as well as every local.

This place was amazing, right next to the ocean. Went there for dinner and they had heaters next to each table, inside there was a fire place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We did not wait long for our drinks and food, the food was amazing, made just as we asked. I hijacked them to ask if they could do a “happy birthday” plate of dessert for my little sister and they did. Our waiter Mr T kept on checking up on us, even managed to get us warm bottled water instead of the cold one they offer on arrival. It is now one of my favourites. Definitely going back for sunset views in summer.

Ate here tonight for my wife's birthday. Food was lovely but service didn't go to plan. Had 1900 Rand ($100) fish platter delivered, no plates. Was going cold until I asked doorman for plates as no one else around. Also got order wrong and forgot vinegar asked for. Richard the manager all apologies but quickly gave up on options as we were to full for deserts or coffee and wouldn't be going back as wanted to try more restaurants in our remaining 3 days. No attempt at knocking anything off the bill. we still tipped waitress as she had lost her aunt 2 days before. As for Richard, he could do with more training or authority. We won't be back
