Always had a good experience except for today when as we were walking out the room with our dog the Male vet came from behind with a cat in his arms and while the lady vet was speaking to us he very rudely said to my husband ‘can you move in or out’ instead of just politely asking us to move out the way. I hate it when ‘professional’ people are so rude to customers, it is so uncalled for. Won’t be going back.

I would not go to any other Vet than Helderberg Animal Clinic. My dogs come first and I want the best for them. Dr. Maija de Villiers, went out of her way to assist my dogs. I am super impressed with her knowledge; she gave such good advice and assistance. Very kind and intelligent.

Helderberg Animal Hospital
The staff and vets were excellent. The waiting time was short and we were given specific instructions on how to treat our cat during recovery. The vet asked for feed back on our cat's recovery. The blood tests and medication was very reasonably priced. There is sanitizer at the entrance and the wearing of masks is compulsory. The environment is safe. Our cat spent several hours in the hospital at no extra charge. This is a caring hospital.
