The food here is amazing. Consistent and quality. Good portion size. Compliments to the chef. Not only does he make good food. He also has excellent customer service. Always smilling. Majority of the time the cashier/s are abit sulky. But I will always come back just for the smile on the chefs face

Tried Thai for the first time with my family and we loved it! The person who assisted us was super friendly, patient and gave awesome recommendations.

1st time trying food at Zaika. Ordered the Tandoori Gatsby and while the chicken was flavourful, most of the chips were really undercooked, which spoilt the eating experience. Disappointing!

I recommend the prawn or fish or crayfish curries. It's the best I have ever tasted in my life. Well done and keep up the awesome service

The butter chicken was tomato kinda food with sugar ...the chicken vindaloo was a spicy tomato consistency...biryani was also red in colour bit bits of dry chicken fillet ....evrything tastes really horrible..as a blogger I normally try new places all the time just to write a review...and tweet about the foods excellence...bt this was defs the worse food I had..my hands after the 3rd mouth full of biryani is now orange in colour...evrything tasted and looked like it was tomato based...plse ppl money is scarce and times are tough ...serve ppl good food that will make them feel good and make them smile...don't let ppl feel that you ppl are just in this game for the money..cos to me that is why it looks like

I enjoy Zaikas Thai cheff special noodles , always friendly staff and always get great food, I was however supprized that the prices to the cheff special went slightly up from the last time but yet greatWould recommend that dish to anyone , they have it on chicken or beef , strong or mildGreat that they do delivery aswell

My son wanted ice cream lastnite afta nine which was fine with me, the usual chubby short lady workn there said no there is no ice cream with a bad attitude to him, then the thin darkish tall young guy said thereafter they do have ice cream. Her floppiness probably sent many customers back home or elsewhere...not businesslike at all!!!!

Ordered a take away. Had the lamb korma, butter chicken, rice, dhal, and chicken breyani. Both curries were extremely sweet and not very palatable. The chicken breyani was nice. The guy at the counter was very knowledgeable regarding the immense menu. I had to wait a bit for my food even though i called in advance.The place itself looks run down and not very inviting.

So I haven't ordered from this restaurant in many years as I've been disappointed before with orders being misleading in description. Today i ordered my kids pizzas(their choice) and decided i would rather try Zaikas for myself again. Maybe after all these years there may be more options and i feel like some grilled indian style chicken cubes instead of curries. So i see the lovely Zaika chicken wrap under Grills" and im assuming i get some nice tender cubes in a slightly saucy indian style wrap. And ofcourse I get this gatsby looking naan bread drenched in a sauce i cant even identify when i taste it. Also I ordered Tom yum soup with Tofu as my option of protein (the flavour was nice). I nicely got a tub of vegetarian tom Yum

Poor impersonation of Asian culture, pricing double other much more established places, over all foodeven worse is how delusional this restaurant owner is , over cooked frozen duck and meat nothing fresh , service is the worst , stick to food based on the area not out of your comfort zone clearly , because the standard is disgraceful
