Being in a nasty work accident put me in such a fear to never push myself and lost complete control of my body and confidence I went from a size 6, 55kg to size 12 - weighing 98kg. I feel like an entirely different person, my mood has changed dramatically and I feel a lot more confident as well as in the process of regaining my mobility and losing weight. I’m down to 70kg with the help of the beautiful Tanja. I didn’t expect to see myself in the position where I was happy with who I am.I can confidently look in the mirror and be happy with who I’m becoming thanks to this gym. I’m finally able to lift more than I could, I have better movement and can do a light jog! You’re staff are amazing and I can’t wait to further improve myself

Culture 24/7 is a place for peace for me. I work from home and have 2 little ones aswell so its a place where i go to meet people and have a chat but mainly to do me time and do my workout. Everyone is there to help you and not judge you, which makes training even better. Chris is always trying to find more ways to make the gym better which is what you want from a gym owner.Culture is the place to be.
