Friendly staff, check out is quick and easy

I have a soft spot for this museum in Cape Town. I visit it every now and again. There is always something new to see.I miss the globe exhibit they had but I always enjoy the ocean life and dinosaur exhibits. The planetarium is always a good one to see.Great place for an outing and a good place for the kids.

Best Dis-Chem and furthermore the best pharmacy that I have been to in my life. I have never received bad service whatsoever. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.I would recommend using this pharmacy above anything else, even if it might be a further drive, it surely is worth it!

This museum is one of the oldest in Cape Town and it continues to make itself relevant through the many years of its operation.It's great for young and old, the casual visitor, history or science buff.You can choose where to start your exploration though time and science - and it really is an exploration with wide open spaces and a meandering flow throughout the venue.It covers such a wide variety of topics and there must be some verybright people who work there to ensure the displays stay current.Of course, I imagine in the near future the dinosaur exhibit will be revamped to current understanding of dinosaurs, but for the moment it's a great place to learn.There's a little gift store on site, you can make a booking for the planetarium, and they sometimes offer free entry.

We explored the entire museum and decided to experience the planetarium. It was a wonderful experience. Staff were friendly and the place was beautifully maintained. (This visit was over a year ago)

The museum is an absolute treasure and a must see. That said, the general upkeep and maintenance is deteriorating. Many features are closed, gone or out of order. Certain areas are not very clean.

Naval Hill planetarium is one of the iconic building one has to visit in Bloemfontein, it's a pity they don't have shows everyday but I think it's due to the lack of customers, the only show you can watch is on Saturday at 7:00pm and what a show, it's a must watch. While there, look out for the range animal roam around the reserve. You can take a drive to the west side and see the Mandela's statue and breathtaking views of bloomfontien city. The reserve is very famous for running and cycling as there is no entry free.
