Long queues moving very slowly. Had to stand on queue for longer period before i could pay. Apart from that the shop looks great, was able to nevigate around the aisles with easy.

Only 5 tills were opened , after10min one more was opened. Ques go right at the back of the isles.Very disappointed, with the new norm.... there is even no social distancing.Please do something...

Shoprite kagiso is a nightmare when it is raining. The whole mall is floaded. It's bad. I wonder who has approved the plan to build that mall. We need help.

Sad that customers have to complain about long ques and empty tills before your employees show up. This morning even the security guard had to go ask for till operators out back and elderly people prefer going to the shops early in the morning before afternoon rush hours. Very sad to see how Shoprite is deteriorating in townships because of poor service.
