Nice store. I like the way it has been designed. The decor is also pretty cool.Staff could be a little more assisting in terms of approaching customers to find out if they need assistance. But the help that I did receive, once I asked, was friendly and well attended to

Staff was rude , asked for assistance and was sent away . Went back to the store got the bare minimum of help from another employee . Manager was not interested in the help i wanted and asked for . great place , poor service

No one picks up the phone. I actually think the store doesn’t have a cellphone line and if you get your shoes cleaned, they never pick up.

Treated like royalty, the amount of respect in the store is incredible. All staff members have a smile and are ready to assist in a heartbeat. Quality and affordable wear if one knows how to shop.Lovely sale items as well as some new pieces that really stood out for me. I will how we say that my wife did not get as much as I did but she is all for the brand and store and has asked to return at some point.

My experience is Exceptional after sales assistance by adidas and their flagship store in Sandton.My husband purchased a Christmas present for my son at the store when on a business trip from overseas. He left for the airport on the same day. When he arrived home I was disappointed that the item was not quite right.I contacted Adidas customer services and much to my surprise , they together with the Sandton Flagship store, sorted our item out , even though we were already out the country. They assisted us so quickly that we received the replacement in time for Christmas.We’ll done and THANK YOU Adidas !! You ensured that our sons Christmas gift, is exactly what he asked for, and that it arrived before Christmas.We will support the store and the brand whenever we can.Thank you for Fantastic after sale service!!

Horrible customer service. Basically have to beg for any assistance. And when you get it, they’re rude and unhelpful.
